โThis was an incredible hotel, everything was brand new, and the staff were more than accommodating to our pets. They arrived with beds, bowls, and toys with treats. Itโs an amazing family, friendly destination. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Chongqing, but just 30 minutes away and you feel like youโre in a mountain in paradise. โ

The quality of service is insane for the price. The horn of the car is a little noisy, but it is clean and the staff service is good. I caused trouble several times, but the staff responded quickly with a smile.โ
โIts toooo wonderful when I stayed there. when I arrived at the JW. they showed me all of it for comfortment. when the check-in, kitty said just say u need anything, no matter what I can help u. I didnโt have like that saying when I stayed at the other hotel. I stayed at intercontinental / hilton hotels but there were very bad, unkindly, uncomfortable, especially concierge service was too bad. they just look at me when I need ther taxi service.โ
