Rooms were spacious, comfortable and superbly appointed. Hotel grounds and amenities were beautiful, and you can feel the tradition. Breakfast was very good with a broad spread of fresh items, with a great sunrise to catch if you’re early as well. "Not to sound overly gushy but this hotel was truly one of the best experiences I've had in years - I can certainly see how the Taj is one of the best hotel brands in the world. Right from Sahil's help at check in, getting us settled in, to the tireless housekeeping staff (beyond just a spotless room, they'd even polish my friend's reading glasses every day), to Abhishek taking care of us every morning at breakfast (including special breakfast treats!) and finally Adil's amazingly informative heritage walk. The Taj truly knows how to delight their guests and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Mumbai."

"An amazing stay. Sweta as pur butler was amazing and ensured we had a great stay and went the extra mile for the kids. Nilesh on concierge was fanstastic as were his team. I've stayed at other great hotels in Mumbai but this has best the best. Breakfast was at times busy but we always went at peak time and its full occupancy. All the staff are incredibly courteous, helpful and polite. "

"The Four Seasons is a gorgeous well located hotel in Mumbai. They are more than 70% through their renovation program. While there are aspects of the old Four Seasons that I miss, the new decor is sumptuous… as one would expect from Four Seasons. The service is attentive and personalised. I can’t wait to return! "
