โWe went here for my daughterโs 7th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate her!!!! The salt water pool was INCREDIBLE, canโt wait to come back!!! โ
โThis Hyatt Place location was convenient, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The hot breakfast bar that was included was better than expected. For the price, this place exceeded my expectations. Iโd stay here again the next time Iโm in Columbus. โ

โCheck in was a breeze and very friendly. I had an issue with the lobby coffee machine - charged me $6 for hot water, instead of coffee. I do not see that I have been credited yet for the first cup I didnโt receive. great lobby and bar area. The rooms were very spacious. I appreciated having the bedroom separate from the living room. The room had microwave and fridge, along with coffee and tea choices. Definitely would stay again!โ
โThe front desk was very accomodating to our request for late check in and late check out due to a death in the family that day. The room was wonderful - renovated and sparkling clean. The parking staff were also excellent - they helped direct us to the nearest entrance in middle of the night.โ
โThe stay wasn't too bad. I was greeted by 2 different workers with great customer service and very helpful. I was happy the coffee and muffins was out a little before 6am, since I had to get up at 5am. The hotel was clean. Since my stay was only for 2 nights, they do not come and clean up or replenish towels unless you ask, but i the room had more than enough for 3 days. The area is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here againโ
