"Great breakfast! Clean room and friendly staff. A pity that shower gel is not provided (a soap is provided but it is too dry for body wash and I used it as hand soap)."

"Unfortunately, our room had several issues that made our stay disappointing. Most concerning was the door handle, which did not work properly. The door could not be securely locked, and when it did lock, the handle got stuck so it could not be opened again. This was not a problem when we were inside the room since there was a security bolt and latch, but we could not secure the room when we left bc we would not have been able to get back in to our room. So we had to leave the door a crack open when we left the room as well as take our valuables everytime we left. I asked the front desk to address this but unfortunately nothing was done. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and there was no tray or proper holder to use for brewing the in-room coffee. Overall, these issues made the stay uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses them, especially the door lock for guest safety."

"I’m not even sure where to start, honestly. When we got into our room, I noticed there weren’t any towels. I called the front desk, but there wasn’t an answer. My son then told me that the bathroom door wouldn’t shut; I thought that was odd, but went to check it out. Sure enough, the top hinge was loose, so we had to lift the door in order to fully close it! I walked down to the front desk to report both items (towels and door), and was assured they would be taken care of when we returned from our graduation ceremony. We returned to our room around 9:30pm, and neither situation had been handled. I tried to call down to the front desk, but no answer (again). I walked down, and this time was told there were towels in the dryer and to come back in 40 minutes. My son and his friend walked down at that time, and were told they had all been given out. Excuse me, what? They told the person working that I had requested 2 towels; apparently he was extremely rude to them, but eventually gave them 2 towels for the room. The door was never fixed during our stay. I find it frustrating that I could never get ahold of anyone via phone, and that the front desk staff were all rude and dismissive of my requests. AND, to top it off, the pool was closed! 0 ⭐️, would not recommend!"
