“The hotel itself was gorgeous, super clean, beautifully decorated however, the staff was not the nicest, but I’m thinking it’s more of an East Coast type of vibe. Other than that, it was located perfectly in the middle of the city to be able to walk to lots of great restaurants.”

“Pool slide was not available even though posted open until 7 pm. No restaurant available. Pretty expensive to not have amenities available.”

“First of all, this hotel is almost brand new. That being said, birth, my shower and sink faucets failed to work properly. I was unable to set them to a consistent warm temperature. The shower was the worst. I almost scolded myself trying to take a shower as I couldn't regulate the temperature to a comfortable setting. The sink now much better. I advise management, and they stated a maintenance person would take a look at it. They also showed they would text me and let me know whether the faucets...

“The staff were so friendly and the hotel was very clean. So I rested very well.”

“Very nice rooms. Bathrooms were a little on the small side but they were recently renovated and in good shape. It would have been nice to have at least a continental breakfast, but there were no amenities of that type. Would stay here again if nothing else with more amenities were available.”
