"I wish I could give this 1000 stars. The best resort, service & location I have ever encountered in all my travels . Sofitel baru ia a true oasis, you arrive by boat and there are no other resorts - nothing but jungle for miles. We felt like we were on White Lotus lol. The staff is unmatched , attentive & sweet. The resort itself never felt crowded , we would see maybe 4 others groups during the day . Always had loungers at beach or pool. The grounds & the room were to die for , the height of luxury . Would go again and again. "

The housekeeping staff were very professional; they left the room clean every day and were extremely attentive to the guests' needs. The only thing I would have liked to improve was the hotel's facade; painting the outside would have made it look better."

"My family and I loved the stay great walkable beach location.. area has great restaurants plus the onsite bakery is amazing. We could see all of Cartagena from this location and I have two little kids and felt very safe and loved the Columbian culture and the hospitality at Bondo Estudios was amazing!! We thought the location was perfect...."
