Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.โ

The pool is amazing, perfect for pictures, and offers a breathtaking spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The added bonus of kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. One day was not enoughโ will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

โWe were grateful to stay in this location. It quiet and tucked away from the outside world. We were lucky enough to spend two nights here. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful with us and our Spanglish. She was happy to use google translate to make sure our needs were met. โ
โThis is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can...
โGreat hotel in the middle of the city, the pool was really nice too as I went during the summer and needed it from long walks into town. Room. Had cold AC which was nice too. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel organizes events which was great. Definitely recommend!โ

โHotel Boutique Mosaico was a very pleasant revelation. HB Mosaico truly lived up to their reputation. It was exactly as you'd expect from this category and caliber of stay. The place was Amazing. Very well decorated, very open spaces. Fantastic atmosphere. Great breeze. Lots of natural light.
The pool temperature was refreshing but not shocking. It was a Great space for relaxing and cooling.
