“Our experience was amazing! This was an experience that I have always dreamed about. The guides for the excursions were the best. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I will never forget all the beautiful sounds that you wake up to in the rainforest. The lodge was very eco friendly and the rooms were very clean. “The immersion experience was great. Be prepared though to feel hot and full of bug spray much of the time. Wear hiking pants. Not Lulu leggings (too hot). The guides are great and you can do as much or as little as you want. We saw a lot of animals. ”

“We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but our stay was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. All of the staff was amazing; restaurant staff, particularly Leslie and Renzo, were very friendly and attentive, our guide Yuri was very knowledgeable, fun and accommodating. The excursions included with your stay are well organized and very worthwhile. We would definitely recommend IKAM and hope to return. ”

“This hotel has been recently renovated and it feels like a completely different place. It is nothing like the old version. The hotel now is very clean, fairly quiet with comfortable rooms/beds, great showers, good WiFi, wonderful staff and is set at a very fair price. I know the city of Iquitos well and this is one of the best places you can stay, particularly if you’re just staying for a few nights. It’s in a very central location near everything you would want to be close to. Very safe also....
