The property manager contacted us the last day or our trip to have it repaired while were out of the house, which made me slightly uncomfortable. I had read through the house rules, so I was aware that they had fees if the towels or linens were stained during our stay. However, most of the towels being white and of poor quality were already stained prior to our arrival. They were folded...
