Small room, but had everything i needed. Short walk to Fremont or the main drag of Queen Ann. I was surprised by the additional cleaning fee of $47, but still cheaper than a regular hotel.

Amazing theme! Very clean, easy to get around, plenty of local spots to try and eat at. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying here!!!

Up a big set of stairs. Very comfortable room with good air conditioning in a great neighborhood and easy to get to with public transit

Excellent place to stay. Great neighbourhood and location to adventure in Seattle. Right on transit routes. Safe and secure. The room is a nice self contained unit, and if you need to cook, the kitchen has high quality supplies. Vince is responsive host who answered all my questions quickly.

Very clean and new bathroom, flooring. The pillows super hard, walls paper thin, you can hear every word of room next to you. Its 3 stories, no elevator, slightly narrow stairs. I have lung condition and 57 years. Harder for me. I like a few more amenities, tissue, makeup mirror. Great location and my 12 year old granddaughter had a good time for our Concert in Seattle. The kitchen was very clean and the parking can be difficult.

Found black curly hairs in the bathtub. (See photos). Someone left a load of dirty dishes in the downstairs kitchen sink, which management sent an accusationary text to us to clean up after ourselves. Going up the stairs with suitcases is a pain. The location is a short stroll to restaurants, however, it's uphill. It is on a major bus route to the Space Needle, which is a plus.

Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are super thin, so you will hear people walking around or blow drying their hair. They do provide ear plugs, if you can sleep with them in. The bed is a very firm foam mattress if you like very firm then you are in luck. Parking sucks as it’s only street parking. The water pressure in the shower was weak and took forever for the water to heat up, so plan your time wisely.

Vince was incredibly nice, even letting us check in early due to an event we were attending. The room was very clean and the kitchen downstairs was beautiful.

May the force be with you

It was a nice place the exterior was very well kept our room was comfortable. It is a three-story building and I didn't know our room would be on the third floor so it is quite a walk if you have to lug some heavy suitcases. The Star wars touches were very cute though My husband enjoyed it.

The shadiest property ever. I reported that the fridge in our room was leaking and ruined $70 worth of food and the property manager tried blaming us for it and said they were going to make us pay for the damage. Then they had a maintenance guy come look at it and turns out it was their fault and the fridge was disconnected somehow. They are now refusing to reimburse us for all of the items in the fridge that were ruined because of them. Terrible company, terrible shady staff. Will definitely never be back. I would stay somewhere else to avoid being screwed over and disrespected by this property.

The room itself was very clean and the host provided everything we needed. The bed and pillows were a little hard for my liking. The house in general was OK. The cleanliness could’ve been better. We used the washing machine and our clothes had came with an unknown white substance and a used bandage. It is a shared house so you have to keep in mind of the others cleanliness. The parking situation was OK as well. Sometimes having to park a block down. The location is great very close to the city center and space needle.

It was okay. Felt very overpriced for what it was. The doors and walls were extremely thin so you could hear every passing car and all of your neighbors easily. Earplugs made it bearable but without them I don't imagine you could sleep here. Pray that you don't get the top rooms as they are up many flights of super narrow stairs. The place is already dingy looking from the walls to the rooms and both my towels and bedspread were stained or had hairs left on them.
