Overall Amazing! I was met with great communication upon checking in until checking out. The Star Wars themed room took me back to my childhood. Everything was so clean and well managed I felt like I was home. From the jell-memory foam bed to the deep bath tub I’ve had the most pleasant stay I’ve had since I’ve been in WA. The access to the washer/dryer on the same floor, the kitchen facilities and the walk in closet made everything so much more enjoyable for my stay, I wanted to stay permanently 😂. Highly recommended!

we didnt know it was a shared property as it was not mentioned in the add - the cleaning staff was rude and had left the kitchen and the shared spaces dirty, dirty dishes in the sink, had not even vacumed the lobby or the stairs - the host did not respond about property being ready to check into until 2 minutes before check in time

I would recommend

Clean room. Very responsive staff. Good location. Good price. It’s only kind of a loud street but I didn’t mind and they provide ear plugs. There was also plenty of available parking for free.

I would give this place 3.5/5. This is a shared space, and there are over 6 other rooms in this building with a shared kitchen area. FYI. I didn't read the comments before booking, and the way this place is advertised doesn't let you know there are multiple rooms. The place is 3 levels but has about 3-4 rooms per floor. Luckily, all the other people we ran into were very nice, and we only saw them briefly in the kitchen area. There's a kitchen area, but you have your own personal fridge in your room, so you don't have to worry about your leftovers being taken or exposed to random people. They call the room a "suite," but it's more like a bedroom with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The room is decently cleaned, but the walls and doors were dirty. You could see grease marks from hands on our bathroom door. The walls are on the thinner side. You can hear traffic outside and sometimes people talking and walking in the hallway/stairs. Also, someone set off the fire alarm at 2 AM, which kept my boyfriend up. The portable AC unit provided in the room is so loud, FYI. Customer service is good. They respond pretty quickly. A couple below us lost power in their room, and we had to assist them and call customer service, who were able to quickly tell us where the breaker was. Would definitely recommend getting a rental car if you book at this location. Ubers/Lyfts to the airport ($70) or city center are $35+ per ride, even if it’s only 20 minutes away.

Street parking is limited; it’s a steep walk up the hill if the only parking is available at the street one block behind.
