"They had no idea we had reservations for over 2wks and I confirmed it a week before we showed up. Then I showed the staff our reservations and they put us in the room that we reserved. About 30mins later the same staff that checked us in and showed us to our room shows up with a manager (that’s want she called him) he was telling me, that we did not pay enough for the room we paid for and we were been moved to a smaller room. the Staff tried to explain to him that we were in the right room,...

"We were able to check in early as we checked out from another hotel. The welcome drink was a nice touch and refreshing. It was a shame that the pool was being renovated, it looked so inviting in the pictures. However, the neighbouring hotel had a pool we could use."

"This property has a lot of potential. It is run down and requires some attention. The hostess was nice and pleasant. I understand that there was 2yrs covid and back to back cyclones, but basics like, cleanliness, good fans, lights, having coffee/tea/milk available, would help a lot. Thanks Wayne"

Aber so etwas von dreckig habe ich noch nie gesehen. Der Sessel hatte einen weißen Überbezug - mit braunen Bremsspuren. Dazu auf dem Teppich nur Flecken - das zugesagte Internet ist nur an der "Rezeption" empfangbar, man bekommt auch keinen Code, sondern darf nur einen QR-Code abscannen.
