"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

"I turned up almost 2 hours after check in time and my room was no ready - staff could not have been more unhelpful, particularly the male worker at reception. After asking for a refund and asking to speak to the manager I was finally provided a room in the same category that I booked. I walked past many vacant rooms on my way so staff had zero empathy. My plans had been changed and no apology offered. Would not recommend this hotel"
