"We went to Canalview for a girls trip. Check in was easy, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were very pleasant anf assisted with everything. Breakfast was great, it had everything we needed for the day and the setting was gorgeous. Front desk agent was helpful. Only issue was the heating, it was a very cold weekend and we needed more heat, thefe was a sucharge. There is also a surcharge for an extra blanket and pillows, and hair dryer"

The first night there was some very loud techno beat until 4 amThe second night there was 9:40- midnight the heat wasn’t working and we were told that 68 should be warm enough. We asked for a blanket which we got but he didn’t seem happy. There was no one at the receptionist desk ever."

"An absolutely excellent boutique hotel, simply but stylishly furnished, funky modern "bla blah" theme, friendly staff, good breakfast, fine quiet room, great bathroom/shower, well located in the old centre city. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The location, building and room was amazing. We went with our 2 dogs and the hotel is based within a forest so plenty of space and walks along with a designated dog field and lake! The only slight negative is that there is no where local for breakfast due to its location but the food and beer is great in the hotel."
