"Good one night, stay prior to flying home. Unfortunately the lifts were out of service. All rooms are on the third floor! The Duty Manager kindly arranged to carry my luggage to my room for me as I have an ongoing issue with my knee, and would not have been able to manage myself. Traditional style hotel but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good value for the money with many options. Highly recommended ."

"Clean rooms and very convenient city center but no parking and there is a club directly underneath the hotel so if you’re looking for a good nights rest, this is not the place to stay literally music until 5 AM in the morning but so loud that I couldn’t even hear my TV"

"I really enjoyed staying at this hostel for the last 2 nights of my holiday in Gran Canaria. I would definitely recommend it to others and would have stayed there longer except that I had a flight booked back to the UK on the Monday! The beach,supermarkets and all types of restaurants are within walking distance. We thought the property deserves at least 3*, maybe even 3*+ Kitchen is equipped with almost everything you may need, the only thing missing was an oven. Nice, comfy beds. "The apartment was lovely, and I had a balcony with sunset in the evening. The cita shopping center is across the road and the entrance to the sand dunes was a 5 minute walk. The pool was clean and a good size. The only negative here was the lack of soft covers for the sunbeds, you're just laid on the hard plastic and no umbrellas to sit under. The managers were really friendly and helpful. Its the first time at this hotel and I'll definitely be back!"
