"로비의 직원이 아주 간단한 영어를 할 줄 압니다. 하지만 중국어를 모를 경우 바디랭귀지가 필요해보이며, 직원 또한 바디랭귀지로 친절히 알려주려고 합니다. 본인은 예약을 중간에 변경하였는데 바로 호텔 전산 반영에 안되나봅니다. 예약을 변경한 경우 꼭 확실하게 체크인 하셔야 합니다. 객실 내 커피포트가 있는데 커피포트 위생 상태가 불량하여 직접 청소하였습니다. 본 호텔은 팁을 일체 받지 않으며 현지시간으로 매일 오전 10시~오후2시 정도에 청소를 목적으로 방문합니다. 청소가 필요하지 않거나 수건만 새로 필요한 경우 사용하신 수건을 건내주시면 새 수건을 주십니다. 욕실에 칫솔, 치약, 드라이기, 거울, 빗, 바디워시, 샴푸, 휴지가 비치되어 있으며 방에는 페트 생수병, 티백 형태의 아이스티, 커피포트가 있습니다. 내부 전등 스위치는 매우 조작하기 편하게 되어 있으며 침대에서 객실 전체를 소등할 수 있습니다. 편합니다. 창문은 10도 이상으로 열리지 않으며...

"Holiday Inn Express was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Harbin! The staff members were extremely helpful making little touches that showed they noticed what we liked from putting a fork at our tables and making the eggs our way for breakfast, to making sure we had enough water for our trip to the hot springs! As it was Christmas, they even gave our children several small gifts! The showers were wonderful and beds comfortable. We would stay again!"

"Owner very helpful free pick up n drop off back to airport next morning .but didn't honor my receipt paid from hotels.com due to no English lucky I speak Mandarin I must pay to get a room got receipt Now ask hotels.com stop pay out and refund mine ??? Owner very nice n help It is small hotel near airport good to transfer use over night. ?? May be I am first internet booking customer "
