It is designed for a quick short stay for a single person so the rooms are small, but the facilities were nice and clean and the staff were polite and professional. Highly recommended if you just need a quick place to stay. I’d definitely go again. "

"While conveniently located, the hotel is a bit old. Also toilets are not senior citizen friendly and dangerous for old folks (need to step up/down when getting in/out). Mattresses are hard and not comfortable. "

"是自肋登記入住的，首先一直沒有收到大門密碼，我一行八人在下雨的狀況下在大門外等，幸好等到有住客回到酒店。然後登記入住非常複雜，酒店地下沒有洗手間，老人家要周圍走去找洗手間。 登記亦要護照持有人影相留紀錄，有人去咗泊車，有人去咗廁所，情況非常混亂！ 但最後入到房間，大家都滿意，我book的房間是有兩個浴室兩個洗手間的，露台設施也非常好，房間現代化，living room 空間不大，但非常溫馨"

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was a tight for a family and luggage, but made it work. A little inconvenient that front desk only open 3 PM - 11 PM. We had to call each time to leave luggage when arrived and checking out, as well as to pick up."

"We loved our stay, the family room was bigger than we expected and the male and female baths were amazing. Good hot saunas in both. Super fast Wi-Fi for my partner to work and easy walking distance from the beach or the main shopping street. We would definitely stay again! "

"Great hotel for a brief stay at Naha!"

"My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay."

"The hotel is at good location and close to the military base. If you use this for just transportation which is pretty cheap and good choice. But the hotel seems built pretty new, the hallway smells painting and odd smells . The rooms feels so empty, don’t have a lot of place to place down the daily goods. (An ending table with a diameter of approximately 60cm is not very useful)"

"Nice suite with everything needed to stay for a few days to weeks. They have a coin operated laundry and a rent-a-car on premises. Located near the Yui-rail, grocery, and convenience stores. Don Quixote store is located within walking distance. Very convenient mansion that is located in the heart of Naha and close to International street. "

"The likes have been pointed out above. Also, staff id very curteous and polite, even though english speaking is not exactly their forté. Also the hotel and the rooms have been equiped with newer equipment. Now the cons: rooms are actualy glorified capsule hotel rooms, very cramped spaces, but what annoyed us the most was the hard bed accesible through a 8 foot ladder, not exactly an incentive for tired travelers, also ceiling is very close to the bed so be aware when moving around up there. We...

"The staff were super friendly and helpful ! Great service and drinks from the bar. However the listing showed that our room had a private bathroom which it did not in reality. Further the pillows are super flat and lack comfort. Would definitely stay again if these are improved ! "
