“The elevator was inoperable, for the whole time we were there. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs., then down a long hallway. The room was clean. No coffee maker . You have carry used towels to the front desk and they replace one for one clean. We are elderly and it was difficult and dangerous carrying suitcases up and down the stairs. We won't stay there again.”

“We were given room 118 and it was very musty and moldy smelling when we entered the room. We turned on the air conditioner to try to refresh the room and it didn’t help. My granddaughter started wheezing and had an asthma attack. We told the receptionist that the room was not good and how it smelled and that we couldn’t stay there. We weren’t even in the room an hour. She said she couldn’t refund us. We had to go to a different hotel.”

“New and model hotel. Love the shower with glass door and that the desk has wheels that can be moved to other parts of the room. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though. The quality of the hot food (sausages/bacon and egg) was average at best.”

“The service is good, the breakfast is a variety and people can choice from scrambled egg and sausage with biscuits and gravy to cereal yogurt and waffles juice and coffee, the beds was clean and not smell bad I like the pool”

“The room was clean. They left the pool open for an extra 30 minutes for viewing of fireworks. However, our door key had to be recoded at the front desk 12 times in 8 hours. The door from the lobby to the pool would open out but not let us back in. We were told the key reader was broken and that we could walk around the front of the hotel, through the parking lot and re-enter through the lobby. The cover for the pool chairlift was covered in mold and in need of cleaning. There were four tables...

“Property was clean and brand new! No hairdryer in the room was a bummer and the body soap wasn’t good. Soap was a strange gel and didn’t foam up at all. But other than that all was perfect. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly! We will return.”
