“We got a room on the lower floor as we are seniors and avoid stairs. We know that renovations are being done to upgrade the property from when Radisson bought it 2 years ago, and that is great, but our biggest concern is the air conditioner, which is very noisy. Also, the bathroom is very small but the main complaint is the fan, which is also noisy goes on when you turn on the light. The fan isn't needed for the quick night time potty stops but it wakes anyone who is sleeping.”

“We arrived and were seen quickly and our room was a suite. Made it easy to spread out all our things as we did travel with a lot. Super convenient to park outside the room. I used the pool and it was a little cold, but I guess when the sun really hits it gets warmer. I walked across the street which isn’t the safest because it’s a highway but there was a Mexican food truck and I picked up dinner there and we ate it by the pool, which was great.”

“We required 2 beds and hide-a-bed. Room was too small for hide-a-bed. Opening it would completely block the door, leaving no exit in case of emergency. Completely unsafe. So hide-a-bed could not be used.
Avalon also charged an extra $20 on top of booked and paid amount.”
