"Whenever my work travels bring me to Galveston, I make it a point to stay at The Baymont by Wyndham. The staff are always helpful and have a positive attitude. The rooms are always clean and organized for a carefree stay."

"Only feedback would be the door from the indoor pool to the outdoor seating. It was difficult to get open after you scanned your card, and the bottom screeched against the pavement very loudly. Otherwise, very happy with my stay!"

"Excellent location!! We had a balcony overlooking the beach. Loved the paved boardwalk where you could walk without getting sand in your shoes. In a few steps, you were on the beach, which was fairly quiet since we went in the middle of the week. We did not go to the pool or the outside bar, but it looked very nice. We did not try the hotel restaurant since we had a car and could drive onto the main drag to eat. Golf cart rental was across the street and that was a lot of fun going riding...

"I am traveling on my own i feel very safe at this hotel check in was great rooms are great after reading some reviews saying wifi didnt work i was worried as needed this to contact family .close to airport with free no fuss shuttle to and from went very smoothly will definitely stay here again when flying home "

"The property and the area around the hotel were clean and well maintained. The room was neat, clean and newly remodeled. The hotel was within walking distance of resturarants, bars and the beach. Not a 4 star resort but very nice for the price paid. "

"Love the place! It's pleasantly clean and spacious, and offers many amenities. The staff is super helpful and they know their jobs very well! The price is so good with such a place! The room looks exactly like the picture. It is just 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and around 17 minute drive from downtown. To the manager and staff, keep up the good work! "
