"One of the experiences I loved was the customer service. The Manager Ms. Lequisha is a great multi tasker. She was handling technical issues, adhering to staff concerns and then I arrive with a dilemma. My flight from DC arrived in the early morning hours. And I was hoping that a room would be available before the 3pm check in. No rooms were ready but she did offer me water and for me to have a seat in the lounge area along with my luggage because my cab driver was leaving. Needless to say that...

"Owners seem out of touch with business and or letting siblings run the business. It’s a decent place aside from the musty carpet leading you towards your room. The out of service, customer area bathroom, the missing lamp shade, and little kid scammers trying to get you to give them access to your cash app account. "

"Having a pet, it is great to not have carpet in the room. The platform bed was "boxed" in so the cats could not get under the bed. Bed very comfortable, walk in shower with modern fixtures, very clean room, new towels and bedding, breakfast with many choices, many restaurants in walking distance, and great parking. We enjoyed our stay!"
