“The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a nice variety of food. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“clean, friendly staff n convenient”

“Clean, spacious, newly furnished, but bedroom AC slightly weaker than I expected”

“The property itself was quiet. Didn't hear neighbours at all, but the area around the building is very noisy. There seemed to be a nightclub with loud music and singing every evening from about 7.30pm to 12 midnight. Not just weekends, every night. We were on the 26th floor and it was still easily heard in the room. Otherwise the room was OK. No reception desk, though.”

“it was my 2nd time to stay here. i had only good memories, so decided to stay again, but a little bit disappointed from this stay. the mansion room's upstairs are bit hot. and quite noisy because of the sound of near road which was i didn't noticed when i stay 1st floors' room. but the food is all good, staff is quite impressive, all nice. if i had chance to visit penang once again, i'll definitely choose this hotel again. ”
