"The staff are all very friendly. The front desk are always very helpful and knows what they’re doing. Restaurant staff needs more training on customer service. It takes forever for them to take our orders considering there are so many of them just hanging around doing nothing. "

"This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. "The room was much larger and nicer and I expected for the price I paid. Showers were nice and hot. The hotel staff were very nice and even helped me find a taxi to Pilar port. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Mansion Hotel. This was the 3rd time I stayed here. Tabaco doesn't have many hotels to choose from and this is definitely the nicest one in the town/ It's modern, very clean, a wonderful staff and very quiet since it is not in the downtown area. They also have 2 nice sized restaurants. Definitely will stay here again."
