"The parking on the lower level is excellent, easy to get in and out. You will need AWD or chains in the winter, the road up has a 13 degree slope! The unit was clean and updated nicely. The front door keypad was slow and may need new batteries. We couldn’t get the fireplace working, couldn’t locate the remote, but not a big deal for us. "Lance, our host with LKChalet, communicated great before and after our stay ensuring everything was ready. When I asked if there was an iron and ironing board so we could touch up clothes for a wedding he went out and got one so it was there when we arrived. The welcome basket was an added bonus. Being the first guests at the LKChalet and this being our first trip in something other than a hotel couldn’t have gone better. "We traveled up here for a short snow stay and were pleasantly surprised! It was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and such a short distance from the ski areas. The shuttle at the from of the hotel was so helpful and the fact that we had access to the Hilton amenities was perfect. Will definitely be coming again. "

"Very nice clean condo with everything you’d need for a fun weekend. Only complaint was communication. The WiFi password was wrong in the email, and you needed to talk to a bot before you could talk to someone. There was also an email sent separately that someone responded on as well. Just confusing. They took good care of us, but would’ve just like one way to contact them. Queen and King beds were very firm! All rooms upstairs. "
