"I enjoyed my 3 night stay at ModernSouthHotel in diani beach that I extended my stay an additional two nights after examining other more expensive properties. Modern South has a nice pool, superb service (thanks Felix, Juma, Lugo,Patrick) from people who care, the rooms are fine (not luxurious but everything you need w plenty of space nice shower water pressure and a great firm bed w nice linens (that amazingly are changed daily!). "Overall a very enjoyable experience. Well fitted out apartments in a great location with easy beach access and convenient for local supermarket, bars and restaurants. My only criticism is the with some of the listing particulars - Breakfast is not included, toiletries only extend to bars of soap, and the bar was not open due to the fact they had 'residents' and wanted to avoid noise. Apart from this misrepresentation I would happily recommend these apartments."
