“The hottub jets don't work properly... just enough to circulate the hot "bath" , basically that's what it is a big bathtub. There were several people in it and we were all saying the same thing.. we tried the switches on the wall, but they didn't work. When I asked at the front desk they said no one ever mentioned that they were dissatisfied ( i was actually telling him that many of us were dissatisfied and when I looked at the reviews, there were many people that mentioned the malfunctioning...
