"I will definitely be returning to this hotel, it is marked as a 3 star, but honestly you will feel as though you’re in a 4 star hotel. Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). Thanks team collectively you did an awesome job!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent just steps from the beach in Lapad. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and knowledgeable. On September 22, 2023, which was our first night, the front desk clerk, for which we can’t remember her name, was exceptional and went out of her way to help us. "The property is in a perfect location inside the city walls. It is accessible without stairs to get to the property from the Pile gate. Other accommodations in town involve walking up lots of steps to get to the buildings. Romana arranged for an airport pickup and then met us to walk with us to the hotel. She also arranged help getting our bags upstairs to our room. She was very sweet and helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely do it again if we were back in...

"A last minute trip change landed me in Dubrovnik and I couldn’t be happier. What a magical place, and my stay at Roko was a nice complement to my time there. The location couldn’t have been better to explore the Old City, access the port for trips out to Lukrom, etc. The caretaker was kind and efficient and, has been mentioned by others, the convenience of the discounted restaurant downstairs was a nice perk.
