"More consideration on architectual style than function. Very nice hotel but lacking in consideration for how guests function. Tiny bathroom - almost hit tiny sink Separate shower facing bed with glass door - no private dressing area. Did have a fridge that was old and rattled Had a nice deck but was shared with room next door that you could see into Breakfast very limited Room was small with minimal room for luggage. Room darkening curtains were very ineffective. "

"The milk factory was a quirky, but lovely converted pasteurization plant. Breakfast was straightforward, but plentiful, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating."

"Great property to stay at if you plan on driving to the east side of Iceland. Super quiet. The facilities were well kept and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Grocery shopping and gas wasn’t too far away in Hofn. Great views out the window ! "
