"A lovely hotel, with super friendly staff, our children loved the pool, the food was fab from pizzas to Sri Lankan food. We enjoyed the massage service too. A great value hotel over looking ocean "

"This hotel was fabulous. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We stayed in a standard room and it was very pleasant. There was a double bed with a large mosquito net covering it. The air con worked well. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The pool was warm and refreshing. The beach is a couple of minutes down the road, look for the sign to 'secret beach'. There's beautiful views here and lots of places to eat. The best thing was the monkeys who kept popping into the garden and sometimes...

"Nice view thru window. Close to the beach, good for sunset view. Anyone can go without a charge. Clean room and supplied cookers as home stay. Dining market at beach 2km away. Bike rental friendly, five minutes walking to the rental and take me back to hotel after returning. Half hour driving to dock for wacthing whales"

"The hotel is dated & needs a revamp. The first room was old, musty & tired. Water marks on the walls, very tired bathroom & poor fittings. The 2nd room was an improvement on the first although dated. Staff were friendly & amenable. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful but lacked variety. Pool area was clean & safe, although hogging of sunbeds started early 0600! Overall was a satisfactory stay however there are better value hotels along the same stretch of road. "

"A lot of ants in the room even after cleaning. The laundry price is not clearly stated and it did not seems to be very well washed. I noticed some missing socks after departure. The outlets are definitely placed randomly. To plug your tools or even the kettle i'ts doable but you need some imagination sometimes... We had hot water 2 days out of 5. Basically if other people in the hotel have a shower it affects lower floors so not very convenient especially because we got sick during this stay so...
