"Woodland Glen is a good hotel in great quiet setting. The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and the owners were friendly and welcoming. A number of restaurants were within a few minutes drive. Definitely worth seeing the Glow worm Dell at night after dinner. The breakfast provided was of a high standard and delicious. We would be happy to stay here again."

"This is a pleasant summertime property relatively close to city center, with on-site car parking. Large living room on one end of building features TV, Wifi, games / books / toys for kids, and a wood stove. Kitchen was very functional and property clean. I would not recommend this property for winter occupancy, however. None of the bedrooms featured heat sources and the inside of the house on arrival felt colder than the outside. "peaceful location. lovely villa. had sky tv. our villa had a washing line but no washing machine, which would have been handy. wifi not great so made booking next stage of our road trip hard. nice touch having hot tub for guests to use. hosts really easy to contact. would recommend but with caveats about washing machine and wifi."
