"We stayed in the apartment across the street from the hotel. Very spacious and clean. Parking space ok. Breakfast in the hotel building, tasty and child friendly. Easy to reach from the autobahn. Quiet street located in the suburbs. Self-service kiosk also in the hotel building. Wi-Fi worked ok. COVID measures strict, so it was safe to be there. Nice and friendly staff that spoke to English as well."

"Incredible place to stay when visiting the Kaiserslautern/Ramstein area. Beautiful outdoor Beer Garden with great food. Hiking trails in the backyard and great European style breakfast included in the price of hotel. Best Hotel for the money in the Kaiserslautern region by far."

"Pleasant hotel in two parts - accommodation in second part which meant going outside to get breakfast etc. Room big with balcony, although road right outside it was not noisy. No air-con though. Breakfast good choice, cooked if you wanted it and meals in the hotel good too. Service a bit slow."

"The price, space, location and friendliness was a high rating. When I dropped off my car rental late at night, I wasn’t able to reach a taxi cab. I texted a family member at the hotel and the clerk called a taxi to pick me up at car rental and drop me off at hotel. That meant a lot! "The hotel is clean and the staff we encountered was friendly. The breakfast buffet looked sufficiently stocked for meat/dairy eaters. We, as Vegans, had limited options, but we are used to it. The service staff did offer Oar Milk, therefore I was able to drink a cappuccino, which was much appreciated! Parking was free and available in an underground garage and in front of the facility.
