"Rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. I like that you can use the Mayan resort facilities if you are staying at Kivoya. I was very disappointed that the villa didn't have a working pool, grill, washer and dryer. The wifi was terrible and one of the ceiling lights had a loose cover which was making loud noises while everyone was trying to sleep. For the price I paid I expect everything to be working. "

"It was a great place to stay. A little outdated but big and spacious. It only had a salt Shaker that was empty. Could use some salt and pepper and some spices. The shower pressure in the queen room facing the ocean was terrible.
They other rooms they complained the beds were hard. But over all we had a great time. "
