"The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good. Our only complaint would be that the walls are pretty thin because we could clearly understand what our neighbors in the next room were saying."

"The ratings would have been higher had the property paid attention to critical service issues that were identified and brought to their attention. I was in room 553 and complained from the first day of an unpleasant odor emanating from the drains (face basin, tub, and shower) in the bathroom. Instead of moving my reservation to a different room, they just removed the caps of the drain, stating they cleaned them. That was far from the truth; we instead had to deal with the unpleasant smell for the duration of the entire stay. Vacationers, please beware of that room."

"The room was perfect for me with a gorgeous view. The gym was well equipped, and I had an excellent personal trainer. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend "
