"We enjoyed our stay at the Celecton. I recommend getting the breakfast, it was very convenient as there are no konbini readily close by. We enjoyed using their onsen as well. It was nice to be within walking distance of the castle and is definitely worth visiting. We stayed here as a base for a trip to Tsmago and the Nakasendo trail. It is also a good base for a day trip to Nagano."

"Lovely olde world hotel with a nice basement bath house. Good breakfast and a great location close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful castle. Pick up from the station at 3pm was a bonus!"

"Convenient for public transport and the castle was within walking distance. Unfortunately i was given a smoking room which stank like an old ashtray. The room was heavily nicotine stained and even after using freshner it still smelt.the Free breakfast was limited in choice and not topped up, so first in best selection. The staff are friendly and helpful and i will stay here again but i will specify a non smking room."

"Amazing onsen! I booked a room with a private open air onsen for end of March 2024 and was blown away at how nice my room and the entire hotel was. The facility was impeccable, food was good, staff was super nice and my room was so great. I was only there two nights and regret not staying longer. I will definitely come back to this onsen. "I love everything, their breakfast buffet is excellent, the room is clean and the onsen is relaxing. Just a bit disappointed because the water in the onsen is not 源泉掛け流し^_^"

"Staff were friendly. We were able to leave our luggage as we arrived early morning and started to explore. By the time we got back, we were already check in and luggage was in the room. The room is cleaned and has most of anmenties I needed. It will definitely my go to place in Matsumoto"
