“We arrived to the property late due to delayed flights. We drove ourselves from the airport. The hotel was difficult to find at night. Once we arrived to check in the process was simple and easy, the front desk staff was very helpful including sending another employee to show us where to park and escort us to our room to ensure the keycard worked and everything was ok. “Staff always where's there to order us a cab and give us advice as to the island, and the water was consistently warm without troubles. I like how they're complimentary breakfast was not just a series of cereals and cold cuts, but was actually cooked. Small, but appreciated and with a lovely view.
I can add the emphasize how beautiful the the rooftop, where there was both a pool, a bar, and a restaurant, truly was and especially at night.

“Promised an art drawing class at 12:30 on Tuesday. No instructor showed up. 6/17/26 showed up at 1 pm.
Too much seaweed. No one cleaned it on Tuesday.
Other beach had no beach chairs, only picnic tables.
