Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). "Great location, 5 to 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Ten minutes in an Uber to the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean, nicely decorated, with very good staff service. Ana, the receptionist was very helpful and efficient."

"Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik. "

"The owner was very responsive to issues we had. The remote didn’t work to the A/C heat system. We had no air for the first night. But she delivered a new one within hours of us letting her know. The satellite tv didn’t work at all. 4 nights no TV. They called the company but it couldn’t be fixed before we left. We had a hard time staying connected to the WiFi. It would last maybe 4 minutes before dropping. I wish someone told us that we had to walk to the apartment and to use only the Busa Gate...

"The location of the hotel was excellent right on the pedestrian walk and just steps from the beach. Boris at the front desk was lovely and always helpful. I had forgotten a piece of clothing at another hotel in another city and a tour guide brought it to the hotel and they held onto it for five days until I could make it back to Dubrovnik.
