No stationery. No individual toiletry items or shower cap. Wi-Fi password not noted. Regular coffee not supplied in the room. Bathroom lighting much too dim. These faults may be nit-picky in nature but the cumulative effect is note-worthy. I don't know what the hotel's objective is by making these changes but they...

Un accès par carte pour entrer dans l'hôtel serait idéal pour ne pas attendre devant les barrières d'accès. Le check- out est trop tôt pour un hôtel de ce niveau, 12h00 serait plus adapté, merci "
