"Modern, centrally located hotel. The room was a little small, especially for a premium room, but it was clean and we'll furnished. Also there was daily housekeeping, even for a short stay."

"Overall a very pleasant one night stay. Check in was easy, but our room required us to take a half flight of stairs since there is not an elevator on each floor. The boardwalk on the lake is a huge plus!"

"Disappointing 2nd best room just under Suite was mediocre. Small, inconvenient, and uncomfortable. This is not furnished with even a single chair. Besides, there was even a cigarette burn mark on comforter. I just hope we have not contracted disease during our stay."

"Hotel staff are generally not familiar with how to respond to their guests. None of them seems to realuze that they work in the hospitality industry. Accommodation of guests' need is none to exist."

"Brand new hotel but situated outside city center. Provide free parking. There is no restaurant at hotel nor breakfast room. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Simple reception and staff speak no English."

"10명이 숙박했는데 단체로 모임 인원들의 숙박이였습니다. 외진곳이라 택시를 불러서 식사하러 가야하는 번거로움은 있지만 합리적인 가격에 깔끔한 숙박이였습니다"
