The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. "The hotel is a little dated but it’s clean, conveniently located near the cruise port and the staff are great. They were able to arrange taxis for our group of 8 to the cruise port and allowed us to store our luggage on-site while we waited for our noon checkin for our cruise. The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the teenagers travelling with us got something they liked and that that my 70 year old mother could find the coffee...

"The hotel is super close to the train station (about a 3-5 minute walk) and easy walking distance from the center of Ravenna. Staff was very kind and accommodating, breakfast was varied and delicious (with free cappuccino!) and everything in the room was up to standard. Would totally stay here again"

"It was hot in my room the only thing working with the ceiling fan I went to the desk and they told me that they already shut the AC system off because it was off season controlling how a customer feels in the room I don't think it's cool"

Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example).
