"Great place to overnight as Canadians for a morning Nexus appt. All the staff were lovely. Hotel was very quiet. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken during our stay and my daughter was disappointed. Overall, we would return. "

"For the price was disappointed no glassware in room and had to go to a bar for a wine glass. Also disappointed no robe even upon request. Rooms are big and shower very nice. "

"Clean and updated hotel with a nice pool area. Free outdoor parking in a safe area. Only negative thry took the knob off of the bar fridge and it was barely cold."

"While we loved the property and the staff, ammenties, and breakfast were fantastic, we were really surprised at the fact that our room was never tidied during our staff. While we were only there 3 days, 2 nights, the garbages did fill up and as we had brought some food back, it did somewhat cause the room to smell. As well as the towels being limited, they weren’t as fresh as you would usually expect. That being said, we still had a wonderful stay and the hotel was very clean and well managed....

"This property is close to Western Washington University. The A/C worked really well in our room but was terribly noisy in our family's joining room. The staff was pleasant and the stay was easy. "

"The Heron is a very well maintained vintage building with the creature comforts and customer service to entice me to want to return for a longer visit. There’s ample parking and we were able to plug in our electric car. The lobby area features an appealing lounge with massive fireplace and seating as well as the breakfast dining area. Breakfast was of a good standard with fruit and eggs made to order . The rooms have a mixture of vintage charm and expansive windows along with a nice bathroom...
