"The staff is extremely kind, professional and helpful. The room was cozy, quiet, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Wifi always available. The hotel was renovated, with open areas and naturally illuminated and it features a nice patio and a very nice swimming pool on the roof with a view to the mérlicon "

"The building needs some maintenance, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in the pool. However, all the staff, including Mr. Victor in the restaurant, were very kind, friendly, and very cordial to me and my family. I recommend this hotel for a trip to Santa Marta, Colombia. Thank you very much."

"The rooms and breakfast are very good. The location is good for the square and the port. The street outside the hotel isn't overly pleasant though. Whilst the rooms were very clean, the pool and the jacuzzi were less so with a thick layer of green scum on the latter."
