“This was one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in in a while. It’s a huge room, but hasn’t been updated in years and years. Sometimes that’s fine but in this case everything you touched had like a layer of grime on it. There was paper stuffed in the peep hole, the mattress was absolutely horrible and so stiff, there were drunk homeless people everywhere at night (inside and outside), and I was afraid I was going to get bed bugs etc. Let me be very clear, I’ve stayed in ALL kinds of places...

“The location is fantastic and gave us a great view of the Lift Bridge and surrounding park area. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food in the Tavern was solid and a nice surprise after cancelling other plans. I can see a return visit in the future.”

“First room we were given the AC was not working. We were given a different room that smelled of smoke. The drain moved very slow in the sink. The room was always overly humid and damp. Our towels would not dry. We were backed up to the elevator and heard it all the time. I will not stay again.”

“I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere....
