"Excellent rooms and staff"

"Lovely location with seaside within 1 min and a stream just next to our apartment. Loved the birds and sunset viewing. Minimal road noise in unit 5. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Newly renovated bathroom and toilet. Full kitchen appliances and shared BBQ facilities. It just lacks some cooking utensils: baking dish to use in the oven, big salad bowl and a cover for the frying pan. Owner was very accommodating - She let us check in without pre-payment as we arrived late. Thames is a pretty little town. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. "

"The owners were amazing and very accommodating. We got free shovels for the hot water beach. They were very helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area. The rooms were small but very clean and well equipped. "
