"The location is excellent, just a 5 mins walk to the central train station and shopping district. Staff are friendly and polite. However during our stay, our one bedroom apartment TV was spoilt on the 2nd day. Informed the staff and they cannot solve the problem, so left us with no entertainment at all throughout our stay for the next 4 days. "

"The hotel was easy to reach by tram. Sites were close by as well as a number of restaurants. The coffee machine and ability to fill your water bottle at reception were very handy. Rooms were clean and looked to be newly renovated. Common areas were very nice. "

"This is a great model for a hotel. You pay only for what you want, so if you want cleaning or TV, you can pay extra for it. It's location is convenient to Meir and Centraal Station. Note: if you book through Expedia, you may not receive a confirmation number, which you'll need in order to check yourself in. A staff person will eventually have to help you out."

"I love the concept of the hotel. The check-in was very simple. They have lockers to leave our luggage until time for check in. Services like drinks, and food is easy and all digital. Personal was very nice. Rooms clean. Áreas to sit and drink a beer very nice. "

"Close to the centre of Gent with a tram stop directly outside to take you to the train station, or a 20 minute walk. Beds comfy, rooms clean and warm ,shower hot, good for the price. Cafés nearby if going out for breakfast. Other guests were noisy late one evening but this was quickly resolved by the night staff. The walls are a little thin. I have stayed here before some years ago and would stay again. "

"Lovely hotel, clean comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Water, coffee and tea available. Only criticism, the air conditioning was not working - we were told just on the 6th floor. It 25 degrees whilst we were staying. We were offered and accepted an electric fan, and advised to keep the windows open. Not ideal as the street was noisy late at night and early morning."

"Room was a bit tight, but livable. Thin walls and adjoining door to other room that was locked made it so you heard your neighbors very clearly, including TV. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lounge was pleasant, all day service. Food was average to poor, mostly frozen and reheated foods. Breakfast was good. Beer was good. Area is right next to historic church, lots of foot traffic & nightlife going on."

"Overnight stopover on the way back to the UK. Served its purpose. Quiet and clean. Arrived late and left early so didn’t get to see or use any facilities. Had to park car overnight in car park about 3 mins walk away from hotel 17.5 euros"
