"Hotel was nice but in a not so good area. A lot of homeless people and ladies of the night ( if you get my drift). However the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The cleaning crew doesn’t speak English but Norma was AMAZING! On our 3rd day we met her and it was a perfect stay after that. Clean towels and wash clothes daily, she made our bed when we asked. "Convenient stay when traveling with CLT"

"Everything was closed one bar , one entrance in, parking was impossible. Bit pricey for just a standard hotel. Nothing like any four seasons I’ve stayed in disappointing to say the least. It looks like staying in a closed cruise ship."
