"The security guard shouting in the lobby with an open shoulder-holster was rude and upsetting. Unless there is an emergency there is no need for a security officer to draw attention to himself. It’s not about him, it’s about the guests. "

"Came here after a not so good trip in 2022 big difference coming back 2 years later. Got the jr. Suite room was spacious came with a little kiddie castle for the kids restroom was small but ok for what we needed. Beds could have been better felt like i was sinking in but overall room was great. Has a pool area that was very lively and was extremely enjoyable especially for the kids as well as transportation to the theme park and back.
