Everyone, as in each member of the staff gives exceptional attention, care and goes beyond what is expected. From the valet to the front desk, housekeeping, and the waiters. "This hotel is in the best area for out stay as it was right next to the central train station and also close to the areas we wanted to visit in the city center. The check in and check out process was very simple, and our room had was ideal beyond maybe its size, but it wasn't a major issue.
