"Modern hotel. Clean. Helpful friendly staff. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself. But, it is across from the train station and bus station. This makes it convenient for some but if you are there for sight seeing, you are not near the historic areas and traffic is horrible. We spent a lot of time and money moving through the city. For what it cost in cab fares or Uber you might want to put that money in a historic hotel near the sights. "

"Excellent value for the money. We stayed at this hotel for one night only, upon a return from a S. Italy tour. The location is perfect, just 2 blocks from the Roma Termini. We had spent a week in Rome before our tour began and REGRET that we didnt stay at this hotel. The Hotel that we stayed in during that week was $600/night (a 1/3rd of the price for the UNA, big miss). We recommend the UNA hotel a lot."

"I can only say outstanding! This is the perfect hotel to stay at to be treated as you would like to be. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable and roomy. The staff cares for your every need and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking odd questions or requests. The restaurant on site is excellent. Located very close to Termini train station, main train station in Rome. 20 minutes from the airport and am easy connection. Metro station is there too. Super easy. "The Condotti Boutique Hotel provided us with SUPERIOR service from check in and throughout our stay, helping with restaurant and activity suggestions, directions and reservations. The room was over the top clean, comfortable, roomy and in the perfect location. The complimentary coffee, tea and sweets were a very nice treat!
