"This is our most favorite place to stay when in Monterey. A few things I was disappointed in, When I went to take a shower on our 1st day of the trip there was no shower gel in the container. It was completely empty. I had to call housekeeper but they brought a new container immediately. There were used tissues under the sink cabinet from previous guests. Family in the next room were very lound and the kids kept trying to open our adjoining door. Management did speak to them and no other...

"We had a very stressful day with dr. appt. and went to the lounge for a cocktail and the servers were so polite, congenial and lifted our spirits. Their names were Jennifer, Sonia, and Haron, and I hope that you will let the Hyatt Regency at Del Monte know this. It made our stay so much more enjoyable, despite the difficult issues of the day!"

"We had the most amazing views of the ocean from our balcony. The only downside was that they said online that rollaway beds were available, but didn't have any when we requested. Rest everything was great."

"From the moment we parked, to the front desk, Bell, man, the cleanliness and overall appearance of the entire hotel. Was absolutely beyond what I was expecting. The beds, the pillows everything was so comfortable. The view was amazing. I am never gonna stay in another hotel in Monterey again, I’ve been to Monterey since 2008 with my kids and this was my first time in this hotel. And I will always stay in this hotel from here on out. "

"Overall a great stay. It's been a few years since we had an occasion to stay at the hotel, but it's been a part of our relationship since 2003 when we had our engagement celebration dinner at La Pastaia which we miss a lot! The room was spacious and clean, except for a few stains in the carpet that obviously could not be removed... LVF should be the next move! The bed was too hard for my husband, great for me. The toilet paper was 1-ply only, so that was a bummer also. I was disappointed that...

"Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...
