"We booked this hotel on Hotels.com at a set rate, when we got to the hotel, they wanted an additional 15 Euroes a day per person to use the beach area, when the hotel claims it is on the beach. They claim that the rate on tripsaver and hotels.com does not include the use of the beach! We felt ripped off. On another note they claim air conditioning, however, all that it really is, is a fan running with no cool air coming through. We had to go out and buy a small fan to actually get some air...

"Every staff member we encountered was friendly and very helpful. The room and property were modern, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast included a wide selection and was great. "Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
